OBJECTIVE

Focus on specific components of the patient interaction that begins with assessing four segments of the patient experience; before the exam, check in, during the exam, and departure.  Opportunities for enhancements will be identified in all modalities.

Begin to revise and form new electronic and non-electronic instruction sets for services where they are needed Group Quarter 3
Review instruction sets with radiologists, referring physicians, patients, and representatives from units Group Quarter 3
Begin using new instruction sheets in I.R. Group Quarter 4
Speak to representatives from other areas of radiology about implementing similar instruction sheets and modifications necessary Group Quarter 4
