Clarifying interpreter services and evaluate and improve directions to imaging sites from off and on campus.

Evaluate the possibility of posting the larger main campus 2nd floor map at 3 locations on the second floor as a directory. Lynda Quarter 4
Have Radiology OCI directions translated into the top four requested languages and posted on our website. Communicate that the translations are available to referring offices. Stephen and Heang Quarter 4
Evaluate how interpreter services are scheduled, with a focus on outpatients. Communicate expectations, capabilities, and possible special needs for same day appointments. Lynda Quarter 4
Evaluate what changes can be made to ROE to include a request for interpreter services. If possible, implement changes. Bill Quarter 2-4
Improve the ease of scheduling interpreter services at a particular location (MGH Chelsea) and evaluate the availability of bilingual signage at site. Team Quarter 4
