MISSION STATEMENT:
To develop a perpetual state of department-wide JCAHO preparedness by making the JCAHO process second nature to our employees.


OBJECTIVE:
To improve department-wide JCAHO preparedness by converting the Radiology Rounds to a JCAHO inspection methodology.


ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 

• Since the inception of the Radiology Surveillance Rounds Committee in September 21, 2001 there have been 805 issues identified and 733 issues have been resolved. (91%)
  
  
• There have been 428 surveys completed to date.
