- Open the door to resources for training and development
- Offer continuing support and increased access to growth opportunities to our valued staff
- Develop learning opportunities for employees to acquire superior customer service skills
- Provide the information for career enhancement
- Facilitate the sharing of knowledge throughout our multi-disciplinary radiology community
- Encourage collaboration and teamwork and foster a welcoming atmosphere throughout the department

MISSION
The RACE Team is a multi-disciplinary group committed to empowering the Radiology staff by providing resources and opportunities for career enrichment, personal growth and development. Our focus includes assisting staff to develop sustainable strategies for providing respectful, personalized care to our diverse community of patients/customers. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for all who interact with the Department of Radiology.
